As Co-Founder of Peak Potential Coaching Co., I draw on over 15 years of retail leadership, backed by Diplomas in Business Management and Leadership, and an executive retailing program from Raymond A. Mason School of Business. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, my coaching style blends strategic smarts with upbeat vibes, driven by strengths like Activator, Positivity, Focus, Competition, and Strategic thinking. At Peak Potential, I specialise in helping businesses, teams and individuals excel through coaching, workshops, and strategic planning. Off-duty, I'm a proud mum, wife, and disability equality advocate who finds joy in running and connecting with others, especially on the dance floor!

With over a decade of leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce, specialising in Marketing, Finance, and Human Resource Management, I'm dedicated to unlocking the potential of individuals, businesses and teams. In my role, I offer personalised coaching sessions, workshops, and strategic planning to help clients reach their goals. My coaching approach is empathetic and strategic, driven by a genuine desire to see others succeed.
